Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because our tours require advance planning and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 75 days before your tour:
  Your deposit is fully refundable (minus any non-refundable processing fees).

• Between 75 and 31 days before your tour:
  Cancellations will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

• Within 30 days of your tour start date:
  All payments are non-refundable.
